The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Georgia, Helena Sand Andresen, visited the Regional Office of the National Environment Agency in Batumi

Within the framework of the visit of the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway to Georgia Helena Sand Andresen, the important meeting was held with the representatives of the Departments of Environmental Pollution Monitoring and Fisheries, Aquaculture and Aquatic Biodiversity at the Batumi Regional Office of the National Environment Agency of the Ministry of Environment and Agriculture.
The Ambassador got acquainted with the main directions of the activities of the mentioned departments and discussed future plans.
The meeting focused on Black Sea pollution monitoring and fisheries, as well as the importance of the Black Sea Common Agenda (CMA) and sustainable development goals.
