Minister Davit Songhulashvili Introduces New Head of the LEPL National Environmental Agency to Staff
The Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, Mr. Davit Songhulashvili, has introduced the new Head of the LEPL National Environmental Agency, Ms. Elene Ghubianuri, to the agency’s employees.
Over the years, Ms. Ghubianuri has held various managerial positions in the fields of international relations and investment projects at the Ministry of Energy of Georgia. While working at Deloitte Consulting, she was involved in the implementation of USAID-funded projects. She also served as Government Relations Director at Namakhvani HPP, a project of the Norwegian-Turkish joint venture company ENKA Renewables LLC.
Ms. Elene Ghubianuri graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and holds a Master’s degree.
