Specialists of the National Environment Agency of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture will monitor the avalanche slopes of the Kobi-Gudauri military road using a modern special vehicle - a snowmobile (Burani).
From the point of view of avalanche formation, one of the high-risk areas is the Georgian military road. On the 14-kilometer section of the Gudauri-Kobi road, it is impossible to move by cars and off-road vehicles during an avalanche danger. With the help of a snowmobile, the specialists from the National Environmental Agency will quickly assess the current situation.
