2. What the app does
The app displays weather information, forecasts, warnings, maps, and other weather-related data.
The app does not require registration, authorization, or the creation of a user account.
3. What data the app may use
The app may use:
• the location selected by the user;
• the user’s current location, only if the user allows access to location;
• the device IP address;
• the date and time of the request;
• technical logs needed for the app’s operation, security, and troubleshooting.
The app does not collect the user’s name, surname, personal number, email address, phone number, password, or profile data.
4. Why we use this data
This data is used to:
• show the user weather information based on the selected or current location;
• ensure that the app works properly;
• fix technical issues;
• protect the app and related systems.
5. Location access
The app can show weather based on the user’s current location.
Current location is used only if the user gives the app or the device permission to access location.
The user can turn off location access at any time from the device settings.
6. Who may have access to the data
Access to the data may be given only to authorized employees of the National Environment Agency who need it for technical support, monitoring, security, or ensuring the operation of the app.
7. Data sharing
Personal data processed through the app is not sold.
The app does not share personal data with advertisers.
8. Data security
The National Environment Agency uses technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or damage.
Access to systems is restricted and granted only to authorized persons.
9. Data retention period
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this notice.
After that, the data is deleted, destroyed, or stored in a form that no longer allows the user to be identified.

The user may contact the National Environment Agency and request information on whether any personal data about them is being processed.
Since the app does not use registration or authorization, the National Environment Agency may not always be able to identify a specific user based only on app data.
