Reviewing of applications for issuance of aquaculture / extensive aquaculture permit, provision of aquaculture / extensive aquaculture permit and permit issuance;
Preparation of relevant documentation for announcing the auction, issuing the license, amending it, canceling it and extending its validity period, as defined by the legislation.

Organizing an auction for the issuance of licenses; Preparation and issuance of license certificates; Maintenance of the departmental license register;
Use and registration of license certificates in accordance with the Law of Georgia "On Forms of Strict Registration";
Providing consultations to citizens and legal entities within the scope of competence;
Ensuring the publication of data on the issuance, amendment or revocation of a license in accordance with the legislation of Georgia;
